Very clean room and friendly, helpful staff. A man called Mike on reception was particularly welcoming and really helpful. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel has good food and good staff too. The location is convenient for the M5 with plenty of free parking

Very freindly staff who ensure we had connected room as we are a big family. Clean and tidy room with very comfortable bed. The adjoining restaurant/pib (The Hobbs Boat) served very tasty breakfast too!
